Industry Advisory Boards work together with local Career and Technology Centers or Area Vocational and Technical Schools to ensure that the educational programs meet the needs of industry and that students will be prepared to enter the regional job market.

AMC2² will be working with advisory boards to make them more aware of regional workforce developments and to enable them to be more effective in their advisory capacity.

The Collaborative will also provide a forum for advisory board members to meet, network and share experiences and lessons learned.

At the same time advisory board members are encouraged to join in the AMC2² meetings and activities, thereby becoming more aware of regional education initiatives.
